Shipping Policy - Angelisque

Thank you for shopping at Angelisque! This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of your orders for apparel and home accessories within India.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5-12 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays in India).
  • Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
     

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    • All-Inclusive Pricing: All prices displayed for products on the Angelisque website ([Your Website Address – e.g., www.angelisque.in]) are inclusive of standard shipping and packing costs for delivery within India.
    • No Additional Charges: You will not see any separate shipping charges added to your order during the checkout process, as these costs are already incorporated into the product price.
    • GST Note: Please be aware that Angelisque is currently not registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime and does not possess a GSTIN. Therefore, the displayed prices, while inclusive of shipping and packing, are currently exclusive of GST. This status may change upon future business registration, and pricing structures may be updated accordingly at that time.
    • Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery time is typically [Number, e.g., 5-7] business days after processing (refer to Section 1 for processing times). This timeframe depends on your location within India. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, logistics issues, public holidays).
  • GST Note: As Angelisque is currently not registered for GST, shipping charges are exclusive of GST. This is subject to change upon future registration.
  • Estimated delivery time is typically [Number, e.g., 5-7] business days after processing, depending on your location within India. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, logistics issues).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.   

 
 

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable domestic courier services such as Bluedart Express, DTDC Couriers, Delhivey Air to deliver your orders. The specific carrier will be chosen based on your location and service availability.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to addresses within India.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
     

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to reasons attributable to you (such as an incorrect address provided, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect from the courier), we will contact you.

  • Re-shipment: If you request the order to be re-shipped, a re-shipping fee of INR (Variable amount based on delivery region, please contact customer support for more information) will be applicable and payable by you before the order is dispatched again. This fee covers the actual cost incurred for the second shipment attempt.
  • Refund: If you opt for a refund instead of re-shipment, the refund amount will be the original order value minus the actual shipping cost incurred by Angelisque for the initial failed delivery attempt. We will inform you of this deduction amount when processing the refund.

7. Damages

Angelisque is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping after it has been handed over to the carrier. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If possible, also notify us so we are aware of the issue.
