Returns and Refunds Policy – Angelisque

Thank you for shopping at Angelisque. We hope you love your purchase! If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the process for returns and refunds for apparel and home accessories purchased from our Site, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and associated rules.

1. Return Eligibility

• You have 2 calendar days to initiate a return from the date you received your item.
• Make sure to refer the sizing chart as given on our website
• We strictly avoid returns, except for valid reasons such as incorrect sizing, print quality issues, defective garment.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.  
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
• Custom items, Gift Cards and various other items cannot be returned
• Items damaged due to misuse or neglect.

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us within the 2 day period at angelisque.mandala@gmail.com or call us at (+91) 96191 74190. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
• We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • We Arrange Pickup: We will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address, subject to service availability in your area. Pickup charges may apply (Please note return charges might be applied based on area/ region of service)

4. Return Shipping Costs

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, you will bear the cost.
• We offer free return shipping/pickup for all eligible returns. (Applicable only for selective products)

5. Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
• We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 7-10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.  
• If the return is rejected (e.g., item is used, damaged, missing tags), the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

(Exchanges Allowed): If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability), please indicate this when initiating the return. Exchange processes may involve return shipping costs. (You may need to pay for extra charges in specific product cases, we will try to minimize such costs to the best of our extent. Please note not all products can be exchanged in case of an exchange request please get in tough with us to raise a concern, this will allow us to review your specific order details and if an exchange is possible for the same)

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at angelisque.mandala@gmail.com or (+91) 96191 74190 with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange for a return and replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
